Our Practice

How a coaching couple became a professional practice.

scroll

It would have been easy to run two separate practices. Two websites, two brands, two parallel worlds. Many couples in coaching do exactly that.

We decided against it.

Not because we need to do everything together. Because we recognized that what we do shares the same core. Ivo works with people whose external success no longer matches their internal identity. Bea works with women whose central life role has changed. The question both ask is the same: Who am I when the role that defined me no longer holds?

That question deserves a practice that takes it seriously. Not as a marketing promise. As a structure.

The quality system

Quality is not an adjective. Quality is infrastructure.

Three elements make Knoll Coaching a practice, not two solo practices under one roof.

01

Continuous intervision

Ivo and Bea review each other's work. Every week. Not as a feedback ritual. As a professional obligation. What two eyes miss, four catch. Intervision between professional peers is standard in many therapeutic professions. In coaching, it is rare. We consider it indispensable.

02

External supervision

An independent third party oversees our practice. Not because we have problems. Because professional identity work deserves professional accountability. Supervision ensures we see the blind spots we cannot see alone. Not even together.

03

Short referral path

When a client brings a topic that belongs in the other practitioner's domain, the path is short. Same quality standards. Same understanding. No information loss. The short referral path is not a convenience. It is a clinical advantage.

100% remote. 100% personal.

Knoll Coaching works entirely digitally. All sessions are virtual. You can work with us from anywhere in the world.

This is not a compromise. It is a deliberate decision. From the comfort of your own space. No travel. No logistics. More time for what matters.

What this means for you.

Reviewed continuously

You work with practitioners who have their own work reviewed regularly. Not at the end, when something has gone wrong. During the process. Continuously.

Two perspectives

You benefit from two perspectives, even if you work with only one of us. The other perspective is always in the room because it is part of how we work.

Quality built in

You work in a practice that does not claim quality. It has built quality in.
