This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope, and purpose of personal data processing on our website.
Our website is hosted by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). When you visit our website, technical access data is automatically collected in server log files:
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website). Server log files are deleted after no more than 30 days, unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes.
When you contact us via the contact form, the following data is processed: name, email address, message content, and time of enquiry.
Purpose: processing your enquiry and subsequent communication. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Retention: your data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
We offer a self-assessment tool on our website, provided through the service Typeform. Provider: TYPEFORM S.L., Carrer Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain.
Data processed: your responses to the assessment questions, email address (if provided), technical data (IP address, browser type). Purpose: conducting the self-assessment and, where applicable, individual follow-up. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Note: Typeform may process data on servers outside the EU and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
If you subscribe to our email communications, we use the service Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for delivery. Provider: Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.
Data processed: email address, name (if provided), time of registration, and open and click behaviour for optimisation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Registration uses a double opt-in procedure. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Brevo processes data on servers within the EU.
For events and personal conversations, we use the video conferencing service Zoom. Provider: Zoom Video Communications, Inc., 55 Almaden Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113, USA.
Data processed: name and email address (upon registration), audio and video data during the meeting, chat messages (if used), and technical connection data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Note: Zoom is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We deliberately use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analysis methods on our website. Should an analytics service be employed, it will be configured so that no personal data is processed and no cookies are set. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our website is designed to function largely without cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be used to ensure the basic functionality of the website. Where third-party services (for example Brevo forms or Typeform) set their own cookies, these are only loaded with your prior consent.
